Dissertation... boooo!

Reading, typing, analysing, writing.... That's all I have been doing for the last couple of weeks! And you know how the saying goes... All work and no play makes Diva a very very dull girl! *Thumbs down* So sorry I don't have anything interesting to say at the moment but come December 16th I shall be back with avengence! We black woman have it so hard when it comes to hair! The white man has told us that straight hair is beautiful! More like hair straight out of the packet, that's what us black women have fallen viticim to! Now I'm not going to act like I don't "enhance" my hair once in a while lol. But it's when I revert back to my natural self that's when I realise I LOVE MY AFRO! And I'm proud! So the next month or so I'm going to be a true Leo with my mane free =D

My weekend was a little Jam packed, with Angolan Independence (Happy (belated) Independence to all you Angolans out there), helping with the cooking, having my family around and going to a friends Surprise 25th which turned out a little funnier than expected.

The Next Jimmy Choo???

I was flicking through my copy of Look Magazine when I came across an article about Chau Har Lee's new shoe collection at Selfridges.

But when I took a closer look at her range, I realised what all the hype was about, she's not opting to bring out the usual high heel shoes we get on the high street. Instead, she went a little out there and created her 'Sky Scraper' heels, which looks like it could be possibly be used as a murder weapon.

As crazily odd and dangerous they may look, I actually really like them, and wouldn't mind purchasing a pair.

Particularly the 'Eng'!

Rihanna in London

Little miss Rihanna popped over at the weekend to visit me a work
ok i'll re-phrase, she came to turn on the Christmas lights !

She looked fantabulous, shorter than she appears but I have grown to really like the red hair now- well its festive..
yes that is me and the girls with our phones in the air :D
On my hunt for tattoo no. 2 inspiration I came across Rihanna's new one, or should i say new mistake ....its meant to translate as rebellious flower but silly girl has it messed up so it doesn't make sense in French or English!

HIII GUYS, SUPERWOMAN HERE! Was it really august when I last said hey ?! Well I haven't been using my multi-tasking powers too well recently but I have been flying! Yes I did say flying ! Every weekend a new celebration, singing, dancing, eating, dating(gossip for another day), drinking, more eating, squeezing into another dress and ordering a larger glass of wine, sleeping less and less ...not that you notice when you're in the clouds. well not until you take a look at that haggared looking chick in the mirror right girls hahaha! So now im floating back down to earth, reflecting on the good times, planning some me time and preparing for more good times. Champagne lifestyle on a lemonade budget ey 'diva' ;) My birthday seems like it was light years ago.... happy birthday to all the gorgeous libras and sexy scorpios cos I know theres plenty after all the partying I've done ! I'm a summer baby so I require a certain amount of sunlight per day just to survive. But when outside looks like this

So I think to combat any bouts of S.A.D i should get me some of this.......

 (obviously my face will be where Nicki's is) Is he not the sexiest piece of ass you've seen in a while but if i can't have him for my winter boo I think  either of these will do

Seriously Morphthing is evil.... You could waste your life trying to find out how your children will look with your famous (and not so famous *cough*) Babydaddies.

The sucky weather has however sparked a flame in my quest to live as minimalistic as possible. I'm a hoarder .....like really bad so i decided to get rid of some of my magazines.

I threw away at least 50 magazines and this is all that remains

After a little calculation I found that this lot was worth over £150!!!!!!!!!!! Like seriously.....

and this is not even counting the ones I've thrown away/ borrowed out/ lost and destroyed. If i stopped buying magazines i could have one foot of a pair of Loubos....

NO MORE MAGAZINES FOR ME (apart from essences and nylon or any mag that has my husbands on the cover) 

 Oh and if they ever start publishing Vibe Vixen again I'm getting it.

Today is a very sad day! =(

Early on, during these week I found out that Drake was coming to London in January to perform and that the tickets were going on sale Friday morning. Now come this morning...I was dilly dallyin about whether I should get them and so were my friends. The tickets sold out of course BUT this didn't upset me. It wasn't until I was told that J.Cole was also coming to London in January and so I got SUPER excited cos J.Cole is my baby, if you don't know! So of course, I went online to try and find out more and what do I find?! J.Cole is on tour with Drake??!!!???!!! And that's when I got PISSED OFF! And wanted to cry! But really?! Why didn't anyone tell me this before?! =(. So now I'm upset but where's there's a will there's a way and I'm going to that concert! xoxo

THE ROOM

I've always loved walk-in closets (However my room is not big enough). The Lyouts itself would make me happy

Because my room is small (and also because I am a self-confessed diva) I want to bring in sliding mirror doors to my built in wardrobe to make my room appear larger (another mirror wont help)
