Trey Songz @ Hammersmith Apollo
I was at the @TreySongz concert (opened by @Luke_Bingham) last week.. and me like an idiot accidently deleted all the filming and photos from the event. meh…. Oh well, it’s all stored in my memory bank! :D
One thing I learnt from attending his concert is that crazy ass Songz (female) fans scare the shit out of me and that will be the last time I ever get standing tickets to such a concert.
On the other Hand… I got to see a new and upcoming UK artist, @Luke_Bingham perform, and my oh my I’m loving what I hear…
Check him out…

Idiy: Nailz did
Dope right! I found this on Miss Jia's tumblr and tried it.
1. Paint your base coat
P.s choose a light colour so the print will show clearly
2. Once your nails are dry, cut out some squares of news paper, then soak your nails in alcohol and press the news paper on them and Voila.... printed nails
Here's my version
Not the best maybe because I got a little too excited and didn't wait until my nails were fully dry. Le sigh.
Til next time kids

This Moments inspiration...
So I have decided.... for the next couple of months, I'm going to be cheap and not give in to binge shopping. Purely only to encourage and motivate myself to actually get out my sewing machine and release my inner 'Gok Wan'!
All I need now is some inspiration to get me going....

SPRING AND THE KOOPLES
Such a beautiful spring day today.... wish it could last forever.
ANYWHOOOOOOOOO.......
The Kooples, a French clothing brand is featuring real couples instead of models in their photo shoots. The basic idea is to connect with their audience. They even have videos of the couples introducing themselves. which I think is UBER cute! :D
Besides, their feature campain, what really drew me was their looks which I love - "a return of street chic, a Paris-London mindset, a musical inclination, fashion as a manifest"
"Suave" if I may say so myself .... and what makes it ever more so exciting to me is that I can rock this at work too since I am not the most formal person in the world. I like a bit of edge to my style
I will sure be having a shopping trip at The Kooples very soon..... Bring on payday!!!!

Day 15 I give up giving up *recognizing my strengths and weaknesses* part 1
Spring...... a time for rebirth, a time for renewal, a time for evaluating and elevating. So I promised to evaluate my life and do a little revamp. Looking at the areas where I Excel and those that I fail ( I rhymed Lolz) so I am taking a long look at the good and the bad. This isn't so much a one day challenge but more of a journey. Some of what I uncover may be a little to deep for the blog but I will let you guys in in the process once its complete.
On another note, me and da ladies are off to see my baby daddy No.2 (Common's number one). So expect a lil x rated post later in the week.
Til next time

Day 14: I give up... GIVING UP! *Get on my bike*
I could not wait a second longer so decided to scrap collecting my pennies and hired a bike instead. I love it when a big city makes an effort to bring in country life(- just a little). These bicycle stations are all over central London. You can hire free of charge for 30mins, about £6 for 2hours and so on. They have proved to be really popular with city workers, tourists and curiously random people like me!
Hyde Park...
I don't think my mum had been on a bike for a very very long time so it was a pretty hilarious mother's day! We stopped to say a quick hello to the queen...
..and then we road to South Bank, around the London Eye where there is always something weird and wonderful going on.
My muscles feel surprisingly pain free this morning now i'm exercising more regularly i guess. word to the wise: Its easy to get bored and de-motivated with your gym routine, remember to switch it up with a different sport or a fitness class (im trying a 'Zumba' class next week haha) and you won't even notice your wobbly bits disappear,so I hereby give up giving up getting on a bike!

HAPPY MOTHERS DAY!!!!
Sometimes we smile, laugh and play together.
Other times we cry and shout at each other...
Nonetheless, you will always be my mother and I will always love you deeply.
Happy Mothers Day
