April Foolishness

I totally forgot it was April Fool's until Diva told me that Superwoman had won £100,000 and was going to share it with everyone on her facebook. But anyway it was such a beautiful day, and we decided to go for a little bike ride then a walk through Regent's park. Oh what fun, and the weather is making me feel really enthusiatic about the summer, so bring it on.

Blogger seems not to want to keep pictures rotated! meh.

Booty booty booty rocking everywhere.

Happy New year x2

Thought I'd bless you guys with a Happy New Year!

It's usually the same story, just another year each time. But something about the year 2012 has it going on for me and I'm so excited! and I just can't hide it....

If you, like me, had some time off from work the past two weeks, you must be feeling ever so revitalized. lol

Here a few pics from our winter festivities...

Christenings and Birthdays...

So after a couple of weeks drooling over the J Brands 901 red coated jeans... I managed to find a copy cat version from Zara (as seen on Intrigue Me Now).
Intrigue Me Now
Only difference between the two is that the Zara pair is not as heavily coated as the original J Brands, hence the huuuuuge price difference of £840.
But I am happy with my pair!
This weekend for me was jam packed with celebrations with family and friends and a cinema trip with a friend to attempt to see the new Twilight, which was a failure lol .
So on Saturday, I ended up wearing my pair to a christening and friends Birthday celebration this Saturday in Camden!

Its my birthday and I'll cry if I want to!!!

I turned 24 not long ago (cant believe i said that out loud) and yes I wanted to cry several rivers but I have finally managed to embrace my age after 3 years of ‘turning 21! They say age is nothing but a number…. I disagree with this. To me, age marks your achievements, maturity, life goals and generally growing old!! But fear not! If anyone else finds it hard to face up to their real age, this is how I embrace it: 1. Look fly!! Hair done, nails done, everything did? Who can call you old when you are looking so fabulous! 2. Count your blessings… be grateful for freedom, the roof over your head, loving family and friends, your pet fish, your hot dinners 3. Recognise your achievements. Take some time out to think about what have you accomplished so far? More than you thought right? 4. Set goals for the future. With the help of mi amigas I have complied a list of things to accomplish before I hit 25! Its going to be an interesting year!;) 5. Celebrate!!! I went for a yummy thai and then onto a bar called Avalon in Shoreditch for shisha, cocktails and great music with my favourite peeps…..
Happy Birthday to all my fellow libras!! :D

The Alternative Alice in Wonderland Tea party!

This summer Xuna and I decided to take part in the Cancer Reasearch Race for Life!
This involved us training for a 5K run as well as doing fundraising to raise money for the charity.
We decided to do an Alternative Alice in Wonderland Tea Party!
Bet you're thinking well how was it alternative?!?
Well... instead of tea, we served cocktails in teapots and teacups and had shisha lol.
It took a lot of planning; finding a suitable place to have it (Ravenscourt park), advertising, baking (don't think I'm about to do it professionally anytime soon lol) and making our costumes! Look out for further post where we show you how we did all these fabulous things.
All our hard work paid of in the end! We completed the race in 59 mins and we raised £242.

My Birthday Celebrations!

This year I turned 22! *Sob sob*
But it's cool, you're only as old as you feel and I'm young baby!
To start off my birthday celebrations, I had a BBQ at my house which went along swimmingly! Everyone ate too much and laughed a lot, and we had a DJ soundclash! I won of course, whopped Xuna and Boo! Coco's arse haha!
Second part... a night out at Kanaloa bar!
It was meant to be a sophiscated affair but the tone lowered a bit as the night went on lol.
It was a hell of a night though!
